Phil’s line management experience spans 18 years with blue-chip organisations
including Proctor and Gamble, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Guinness and Coca-Cola. He has held a range of positions including European Director roles covering
Finance, Purchasing and Customer Services.
From a broad-based financial background, he has led change projects such as
setting up and operating a shared service function for diverse European client
groups including pharmaceutical, medical devices and FMCG suppliers. Phil has redefined quality standards for service delivery to consumers and
European trade customers, developed roles, skill-base and measures, and coached
cross-functional customer teams through the supply chain to achieve a quantum
shift in performance.
In his roles he has demonstrated the ability to deliver process re-engineering
and cultural transformation and get the best out of change situations across
Europe, Middle East & Africa, energizing and carrying teams with him.
Phil’s commercial and financial background combine with his well-developed emotional
intelligence and passion for people development to provide an unusual and
powerful blend. This enables him to work with individuals and teams to develop their ‘soft skills,’ whilst ensuring a focus on their commercial application.
