Paul spent over 20 years in senior operational and line management roles within
IT and Commercial functions in major blue chip companies such as Unilever and
Whitbread before becoming an independent consultant 5 years ago.
Paul has extensive experience in tailored programme design, development and
delivery. Particular focus has been on Sales Training, Leadership, Coaching, Team
Effectiveness and Change Management. In addition he has an extensive experience of outdoor training programs, using
the outdoors as a medium for powerful experiential learning.
