Ann holds an MBA from Henley Management College and has a proven track record in
operational leadership in Marketing, HR and General Management across Europe,
Middle East & Africa, including six years operating at international board level.
In her roles with Mars, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Proctor & Gamble, Ann has developed and led critical organisational development and
cultural change solutions. Her experience includes merger & acquisition integration and leading HR activities during an 18 month
divestiture period. She has line experience including co-leadership of a significant South African
business operationally and through transition to a joint venture model.
In her career Ann has gained considerable experience in strategy development,
behavioural development interventions in multi-cultural environments, cultural
and change management, executive coaching and leadership assessment and
development.
Over the last ten years, Ann has acted as an executive coach to managers,
directors and VPs in a number of blue-chip organisations within a range of
functional areas and across three continents. She is an accredited Henley Management College coach and NLP Business
Practitioner. She believes passionately that individuals achieve performance beyond that which
they imagined possible when inspired with clarity of vision, are supported to
build on their greatest strengths and encouraged and enthused to drive onwards.
