Jan has extensive business training and consultancy experience. She is a former
Management Development and OD Manager with British Airways and Mars, who has
held senior interim positions in both private and voluntary sectors. She has
excellent organisation, communication and management skills, and works
effectively with individuals and groups from strategic Board level to front
line deliverers.
Jan has delivered workshops in the USA and throughout the UK, and is a skilful
facilitator, consultant, coach and trainer. Highly motivated, her natural style
is enthusiastic, practical and flexible. Using a consultative approach and
accelerated learning techniques, Jan works to develop best practice skills and
solutions. She loves helping managers develop their people management skills
and enjoys facilitating consultation groups, business planning workshops and at
conferences. Jan has also worked with villagers in Lesotho and as a management
consultant with Ernst and Young.
